Services
Five blocks of work. Clients usually start with one and add the rest once the numbers make sense.
Research and planning
Before money goes into inventory.
- Category scan. Demand curve, seasonality, price ladder and the share held by the top ten sellers.
- Competitor teardown. What their listings promise, what reviews complain about, where the gap is.
- Unit economics model. Landed cost, platform commission, logistics, returns rate and ad budget in one sheet.
- Assortment plan. Which SKUs to launch first and what depth of stock each one needs.
Sourcing and quality
We work with factories directly and never take a commission from the supplier side.
- Supplier search. Shortlist of three to five factories with quotes on your spec.
- Sample rounds. Managed sample logistics, side-by-side comparison, written verdict.
- Pre-shipment inspection. AQL checks with a photo report before the balance payment is released.
- Packaging. Design and durability testing against marketplace handling requirements.
Listing production
Every platform gets its own version. A single set of assets reused everywhere is the most common reason a good product underperforms.
- Photography. Studio and lifestyle shots, model shoots when the category needs them.
- Infographics. Benefit cards and size charts drawn to each platform's aspect ratios.
- Copy. Title, bullets and description written for the platform's own search behaviour.
- Attributes. Full category mapping — the part that quietly decides whether you appear in filters.
Advertising
Managed against contribution margin, not against impressions.
- Search campaigns. Keyword harvesting, bid management, negative lists maintained weekly.
- Promo calendar. Participation decisions for platform-wide sales, with a margin check on each SKU.
- External traffic. Bloggers and paid social where the category actually responds to it.
- Weekly report. Spend, ACoS, organic share and what we intend to change next week.
Daily operations
The unglamorous part that decides whether a brand keeps its rating.
- Stock planning. Cover forecasts per warehouse and supply requests raised on time.
- Returns and claims. Processing, root-cause tracking and feedback to the factory.
- Reviews and Q&A. Answered within one business day in the platform's language.
- Content upkeep. Price and stock updates, seasonal refreshes, compliance fixes.
Commercial terms
Three formats. Most engagements move from the first to the third within a quarter.
| Format | Fits | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Project | A one-off audit, a launch, a photo production run | Fixed fee agreed on scope |
| Retainer | Ongoing operation of a defined catalogue | Monthly, based on the team assigned |
| Hybrid | Established brands scaling into new categories | Reduced retainer plus a share of incremental margin |
