What to send with an audit request
The more of this you include, the more specific our answer will be. Nothing here is mandatory.
- Catalogue export — SKU list with current prices and landed costs.
- Last quarter's sales — per platform, per SKU if you have it.
- Ad spend — total and, if available, split by campaign type.
- The bottleneck — one paragraph on what you think is actually wrong.
Response times
Business enquiries are answered the same or next working day. Audit results take up to five working days because they involve actual analysis rather than a template. Applications are reviewed in batches, at the end of each week.
